How Does It Work?

HEARTI for Teams is specifically designed to foster more cohesion, engagement, across groups and provide your leaders with more confidence to meet the challenges of today’s workplace. Each team member will take their own HEARTI Leader assessment to learn more about their individual strengths and vulnerability. Then, your leaders will gather to learn how they show up as a modern team through our HEARTI spectra analysis.

We’ll help you:

  • Gain clarity on team strengths as modern leaders

  •  Identify team gaps

  • Build an action plan for impact

  • Empower team members to expand their modern leadership skills 

HEARTI for Teams Leadership Lab Details:  

  • For small to medium Sized Teams (5-25)

  • 2.5 hour team leadership lab with HEARTI trained master facilitator (Labs can be virtual or in-person) 

  • Time commitment for each participating leader:

    • 30 minute pre-work - HEARTI self-assessment and reading of prep materials

    • 2.5 hour HEARTI Leadership Lab with entire team

    • 30 minute post-work personalized action plan

    • Optional: 1:1 coaching with HEARTI master coach

  • Investment: Starts at $7,500
